Mike was very proud of his education that he received from St. Edward’s High School, University of Notre Dame, Cleveland State University, and the American College. Mike worked as a certified financial planner and served many clients turned friends throughout the years. He enjoyed travelling with his wife and family, was a Notre Dame fan, Cleveland Indians and Browns fan, and even a fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes when they weren't playing against his alma mater (Notre Dame). Mike spent a lot of time with his family, friends, and with many organizations that he was involved with including the Ridgecliff Foundation and St. Edward’s High School even though he lost a portion of his hearing when Mike was just 17 years old. He will be missed by too many to count.
A visitation for Mike will be held privately for his family. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in the Westwood Abbey Mausoleum located 6265 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted 44070. A date and time will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, Hospice of the Western Reserve, St. Edward’s High School, or the University of Notre Dame Scholarship Fund. By request of the family, please do not send flowers.
