I miss you so much every single day.
Love you always.
Michael A. Richmond, 62, of Medina, Ohio passed away at Medina Meadows on September 23, 2022. He was born on April 14, 1960 in Hazard County, Kentucky to the late Terry Richmond and Bernice Lee. Mike will be deeply missed by his fiancé Tammie Crawford and her cherished children Timothy and Jessicka Kulik. He is also survived by his children John, Rebecca, Jessie, and their mother Mary; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and siblings Ronald (Vickie) Richmond, Brenda (Brian) Fox, and Kathy Brown. Michael is preceded in death by his wife Karen Richmond; daughter Crystal Richmond; and brother Richard Richmond
Mike made lasting impressions on those lucky enough to meet him. Mike lived hard, and life was hard on Mike. He heroically faced many battles, particularly the last four years as he encountered multiple health issues. Everyone who knew Mike was familiar with his sense of humor and big laugh. His antics through the years were legendary, and those who knew him have their own stories to tell.
Mike was fortunate to have loved and lost. Mary was the mother of his children, and Mike adored his late wife Karen. He has been inseparable from Tammie, the love of his life, since October 10, 2011. Together, they enjoyed Mike’s passion for motorcycles and cooking for family and friends. He enjoyed staying connected with friends and family on Facebook. He didn’t mince words and said what he meant and meant what he said.
Mike was a tough guy until it came to his children and grandkids, and then he was a teddy bear. As a passionate dog lover, Mike considered his dogs members of his family as Zoey and Kaiski remained by his side during his health battles. No doubt his beloved, departed Zeus and Spook greeted him. Mike was also known for his love of the Browns and inflicted his love of motorcycles on all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held October 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted, Ohio. Condolences and memories may be left on Michael’s memorial page at sunsetfuneralandcemetery.com. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
For as long as there is memory, you'll live on in my heart.
Love,
Tammie
