Mildred Moran's Obituary
Mildred Moran, 90, of Rocky River, passed away September 26, 2018.
Beloved mother of Sue (Ken Colosi) Blankschaen and Amy (Brian) Kurek; loving grandmother of Carl (Laura), Kurt (Bobby), Valerie, and Natalie; and dear great grandmother of Jerry. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband John “Marty” Moran; son Jay Moran; parents Roy and Elva (Artzberger) Moody; and brother Roy Moody.
Mildred was an avid reader, and she enjoyed writing poetry. She enjoyed historical tours. Mildred would adopt a classroom and help provide supplies for the students. She cherished spending time with her beloved family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 4-8 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070, where her funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10 AM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
