Nancy Lee Nechvatal's Obituary
Nancy Nechvatal, 88, of Berea, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Born on June 19, 1933 in Cleveland, OH to the late Carl and Stella (nee Gorczyca) Hassell, Sr. Nancy was a Monet fashion jewelry specialist at May Company for 23 years. She will be fondly remembered as an avid reader and leaves behind many beautiful cross-stitch projects for her family to enjoy. Her greatest gifts and brightest treasures were her children and grandchildren; her legacy will continue to light the way for others. Survived by her loving daughter Jacqueline (John) Oldenburg; cherished grandchildren Stefanie Oldenburg, Samantha Sanson, and Katie Oldenburg; great-grandson Adrian; son-in-law Anthony Molnar; and former son-in-law Steve Sanson. Reunited in heaven with her husband Joseph; daughter Michelle Molnar; son Bob; and brother Carl Hassel. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 3-6 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 10 AM at St. Mary’s of Berea, 250 Kraft St, Berea, OH 44017. .Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
