Natalie J. Berchin's Obituary
Natalie J. Berchin, age 62, long time resident of Olmsted Falls, Ohio and recent resident of Wakeman, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026. She was born on August 2, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late George and Carmel (née Nocera) Straka.
Natalie was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Berchin, with whom she shared 43 cherished years of marriage. Together they built a life centered on love, devotion, and family.
She was a loving and devoted mother to Amanda (Scott), Lauren (Michael), and Chelsea (Kristen). Natalie took immense pride in her role as a grandmother and will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren, Arabella Leigh and Tyler Andrew, who brought her endless joy.
Natalie is also survived by her dear siblings: Dotty, Debbie (Tony), GiGi (John), Marlene (Tom), and Geo. She was a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews, each of whom she loved deeply. She also held a special place in her heart for her beloved furry companions, Jaxs and Sanders.
She had a love for Kelleys Island where she spent many summers with her family, Natalie carried a lifelong love for the beach and the peace it brought her. She was known for her kind and generous spirit, always putting others before herself. Natalie had a huge heart and was fiercely protective of those she loved. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering loyalty will be remembered by all who knew her.
Natalie's life was a testament to love, family, and compassion. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and deep devotion that will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Natalie’s honor.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday June 26, 2026 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Falls Catholic Church, 25615 Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138.
