Nicholas LaPointe Dodd's Obituary
Nicholas LaPointe Dodd, 43, of Fairview Park, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on November 5, 2022. He was born on September 13, 1979, in Cleveland, Ohio. Nicholas will be fondly remembered for his love of the great outdoors. His passion for hunting and fishing began in Boy Scouts where he attained the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He was most proud of his family and the light he radiated will be deeply missed by those who loved him best.
Survived by his beloved wife Julianne (nee Maier) of 18 years; loving daughter Ella Dodd; parents Douglas and Marilyn (nee LaPointe) Dodd; sister Abigail (Alex) Livingstone; brother Christopher (Sarah) Dodd; parents-in-law Ronald and Brigitte Maier; brother-in-law Nicholas (Sara) Maier; nieces and nephews Oliver, Charlotte, Leo, Henry, Layla, Cora, and Elliot; and many cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 3-7 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 10 AM at the chapel.
