Pamela Ann Anter's Obituary
Pamela Ann Anter, 75, of Columbia Station, Ohio, passed away on August 9, 2023. Pam was born in Cincinnati on October 19, 1947, to the late Jack and Alberta (Bresch) Mountain.
Pam is survived by Joe, her devoted husband of 51 years; daughters Julie (Mike) Bement, Tami (Dan) Arthur and Dawn Rini; and grandchildren Lindsey, Ashley and Kenny Bement; Joseph and Jake Arthur; Darla, Ava, Lilah and Maria Rini; and dogs Macy and Pippi.
A 30-plus year cancer warrior, Pam lived a full and active life, enjoying activities with her daughters, traveling with her husband Joe and their friends, family vacations to the beach, sitting on her front porch with her dogs, nights out with girlfriends, horseback riding, line dancing, water aerobics, and finding a good bargain. She often volunteered, most recently as a redcoat at Playhouse Square.
Pam juggled life as a working mom and managing the household for her family. She retired in 2015 from the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS) in Cleveland.
Joe and his daughters will receive family and friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, 44070. A brief memorial service will follow at noon. Immediately following the service there will be a private graveside burial.
