Pamela Bliss McKinley's Obituary
With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Pamela Bliss McKinley, who left this world on September 1, 2025, at the age of 82.
Born on July 20, 1943, to the late Edward and Alma Kobb, Pamela lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and boundless generosity. She was the beloved wife of the late Theodore E. McKinley Jr., and together they built a home that radiated love and welcome to all who entered.
Pamela was the devoted mother of Laura Schwartz Gaydos and Tiffany Advani, and the proud grandmother of Daniel and Olivia (Austin). Her family was her heart, and she cherished every moment spent with them—especially Sunday drives, cozy family movie nights, and spontaneous gatherings that turned into treasured memories.
She is survived by her sister Penelope Kobb, and her niece Mary Kobb. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bruce Kobb.
Pamela had a gentle spirit and a joyful soul. She found delight in the simple pleasures—watching birds at her feeders, doting on bunnies in the yard, and curling up with a good book. Her home was a haven, not just for her family, but for countless friends who affectionately called her “Mom.” Her spontaneity, humor, and unwavering kindness made her unforgettable.
Her legacy lives on in the laughter she inspired, the love she gave, and the family she nurtured. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Memorial Visitation will be held at Sunset Legacy, 6451 Columbia Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138 on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until her memorial service at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately with her family at a later date at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio.
