Patsy J. Bennett's Obituary
Patsy Bennett, 86, of Canton and formerly Aurora, went to be with her Lord and Savior April 17, 2020 with her family by her side. Born in Lakewood, the daughter of the late Harry and Vivian Leickly. Patsy is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Robert; her children Susan (Bill) Linder and Russ (Judy) Bennett; grandchildren Sarah Linder, Matt Linder (Megan), Adam Bennett (Elise), Josh Bennett (Katie), Jeff Bennett (Kelsey); and great-grandchildren Vivian Bennett and Claire Linder.
Patsy loved her family dearly and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, especially trips to Sea World of Aurora. She was a strong supporter of the Aurora Schools, volunteering her time in PTO, cooking at 6th-grade camp and reading to elementary children. Patsy was also active in her church and deeply cared about others. Her gentleness, compassion and outgoing personality will be remembered by all who knew her.
A Funeral Service and burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, with immediate family.
