Phyllis A. Mlady (nee Beale), age 86 of Cleveland, passed away August 20, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Harold; loving mother Cathy, Bruce (the late Donna) and Sandy Lahti; cherished grandmother of Adrienne and Daniel Lahti, Kelly and Johnathon Mlady; great grandmother of Connor and Steven; dear sister of the late John Beale and the late Marjorie Boltz.
The Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 12 PM at Sunset Memorial Park. Please gather in the parking lot of the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted at 11:45 AM to form procession.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org/donate.
