Dick loved his family. He and Joanne spent many weekends cheering on their children and grandchildren at their events. As a brother-in-law, Dick was an important part of our family. Joanne and Dick would spend holidays with us and we would spend many evenings enjoying dinner with each other. We always had great time together. I will miss him immensely.

Dick was a Great Guy, a Great Friend, and a Great Brother-in-Law.One of my fondest memories of Dick was at our 1971 New Year's Eve Party.....you had to be there to understand!
We also had a great time at the Medic Grand Prix!!
I will always remember my Uncle Dick and Godfather as a kind, generous, and funny man. He would never miss an opportunity to make me laugh and made sure that I knew that he was always there for me whenever I needed a hug or a kind word. He means so much to my children who will love and remember him forever. I love you Uncle Dick.
What started as a friendship during the years our sons were members of St. Edward’s wrestling team lasted for 35 years. He was often times the designated driver for away competition, sometimes to other states. Rich warmly welcomed our visits and was always interested in how my sons were doing. He was a devoted family man and a loyal fan of St. Edward High School. May he Rest in Peace.
