Richard Kaluba Sr's Obituary
Richard Kaluba, Sr. age 80, passed away June 20th, 2024 peacefully with his family by his side. Beloved husband for 58 years to Jane (nee Michal); Son of the late Theodore and Agnus; Loving father to Sheree White (Jerry deceased), Richard (Jackie); and cherished grandfather to Sydney Taylor White; Brother to Bernice Angyal (Allen), and Bryant (Carmella Difalco).
He was an avid sports fan who loved watching his beloved sports teams, especially the Browns. He thought nothing was better than a hotdog and a beer on a hot day. He was an electrician at General Motors, and served his country in the Army National Guard. He was the epitome of kindness, his smile lit up a room, and his laughter was contagious. His wit and tenacity for life always left an impression on those around him. He may not have been a man of many words, but his words were always impactful.
He reminded his loved ones that all time is borrowed, so spend it wisely. And no matter how far you go in life, always check your rearview mirror and remind yourself where you came from. He will be greatly missed.
