Rita Ann Kountz's Obituary
Rita A. Kountz, 84, of Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away on January 6, 2023. She was born January 13, 1938, in Lodi, Ohio to the late Clifford and Doris (nee Weiler) Padgett. Rita will be missed by her husband Richard Kountz and her children Steven (Christine) Kirkby, Kevin (Kathleen) Kirkby and Jeffrey Kirkby, and stepchildren to Roby (Cindy) Kountz and Danise (deceased) (Tony) Bognar. She was the loving grandmother of Anthony (David) Kirkby and Todd (Tia) Kirkby, and great grandmother to Jayden, Peyton and Briella. Step grandmother to Danielle, Nicole, Jennifer and Jessica and also a great step grandmother. Rita worked for the Ford Motor Company as a secretary and accountant and enjoyed her life in Florida. She will be missed by family and friends. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a memorial service at 12:00 PM, at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio, 44070.
