Robert S Corkish Jr's Obituary
Robert S. Corkish, Jr., 66, of Parma, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2024. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 12, 1958, to the late Robert S. Corkish Sr. and Claudia (nee Reynolds) Corkish, Bob lived a life full of love and generosity.
Bob is survived by his sisters, Vicky Ellis and Carol Kaspar; his nieces and nephews, Christene Ellis, Tim Kaspar, Heather Kaspar, Ron Reckart Jr, Tony Reckart, Stacey (James) Hebert, and Stephanie Reckart; and his great-nephews and nieces, Nicholas Ellis, Giuliana Ruggiero, JJ Boggs, Madison Reckart, Evie Reckart, Owen Reckart, and Karen Reckart. He also leaves behind a treasured friend Meghan McLaughlin.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Reckart, his brother-in-law Ron Reckart Sr, and his life companion of many years, Lynn Cashmir.
Known for his caring nature and his tendency to wear his heart on his sleeve, Bob touched the lives of many. He had a deep passion for sports, especially his beloved Cleveland Cavaliers, and his enthusiasm was infectious to all who knew him.
Services will be private, honoring Bob’s wishes. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
