Robert L. Grant's Obituary
Robert L. Grant, 88, of North Olmsted, passed away February 24, 2017.
Beloved husband of 30 years to Jerilyn (nee Jordan); loving son of the late Robert Jr. and Jennie (nee Wienick) and brother of the late Eloise (Wilbur) Devore. US Army veteran. Robert taught automotive and diesel mechanics at Max Hayes High School in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in Brecksville and retired in 1983 from Polaris Vocational Center in Middleburg Heights. He and Jeri traveled the United States together, visiting 48 of the 50 states with three road trips to Alaska. An avid fisherman, their summers were spent in Port Clinton where he was a Charter Captain on his boat Cindy II and their winters were spent in Big Pine Key in Florida.
