Dear Lederman family,
What a wonderful man Rob was.
I only knew Rob for a few years, but liked and trusted him immediately. Many times he helped and encouraged me, and others, over hurdles and disappointments in the various roles we held at Progressive. He gave generously of his time and shared his good sense of humor with us often. He was an amazing resource of information, knowledge and just good-old-common sense (hard to find these days). His love and enthusiasm for his pets was another thing I so admired about him, and felt it revealed a lot about his tender heart and soul.
I am so saddened by this news of Rob's departing this life. May God Bless each of you during this difficult time.

I've had the pleasure of working with Rob for the past five years. He was intelligent, funny, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He left a lasting impression on so many agents/peers/leaders at Progressive. We will miss him greatly.
Prayers and love to the family. Rob was a coworker. He truly had a heart of gold, and made each day better. He is someone who has left a lasting impression on life and will truly be missed.
I will never forget the first time I met him. He came to my house at about 5am to "kidnap" me and take me to the chorale breakfast. This was how we found out we made chorale. Prayers sent to his family.

When I first started in the Home department, Rob was so helpful in wanting to make me successful! Just a pleasure to be around! I will always remember how kind he always was and what a fun personality he had. He will be missed! He was liked by many!
