Robert L Lugibihl's Obituary
Robert “Bobby”, Lugibihl, 88, of Cleveland, peacefully passed away on January 29, 2024. He was born September 25, 1935 in Columbus, OH, to Robert and Gladys (nee Love.)
Bobby enjoyed traveling with his late wife Laverne (nee Halachek). They took many trips throughout their lives, their favorites being the east coast and Sanibel Island, Florida. He loved his career as a loan officer with Cleveland Trust and was darn good at it. Bobby had a love of animals at a young age that continued throughout his life. In his later years he enjoyed being a very integral part of the Conversation Club, attending many plays at the Beck Center and Playhouse Square and symphonies at Severance Hall. Bobby always had a smile on his face and he knew the words that people needed to hear.
Bobby was preceded in death by the love of his life Laverne, his parents, his sisters; Susann Janosek, Nancy Champion and Peggy Neal. He is survived by his nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews, cherished friends and his beloved dog Bailey.
Please consider a donation to Arden Court-Westlake, 28400 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, Oh 44145 in Bobby's memory.
Robert L Lugibihl is laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
