Ron was always a quiet observer. When called upon, he was ready to lend a hand. A good man with a good soul.
My favorite memory of Ron was when Dianne (Amy’s sister) and I visited Ron and Amy at their home a number of years ago. Ron was wearing a Du West t-shirt with black and white camo sleeves. I commented that it was a cool shirt and asked if there were more at the shop so I could buy one. He didn’t think so. A little later he left the room and came back wearing a different shirt and handed me the shirt with the camo sleeves and said “it’s yours!” He literally gave me the shirt off his own back!! From what I’ve heard, that’s the type of guy he was. He will be truly missed.
Our deepest regrets and sympathy to the entire Bukala family. Ron was unknowingly, a mentor to me as we worked together for several years. Always had quick wit one liners that made me laugh and a lead by example personality. My family and myself are saddened and praying for your family. Love , Scott, Marisa and Ava
