Ronald Edward Simon, 78, was born on March 2, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Edward Louis Simon and Bernice Ellen Simon.
Ronald was a proud member of the United States Air Force. He was an active member in the Black River Audubon Society, and besides his interest in bird watching, he also had a passion for Bat Conservation International. He used his hands as a talented wood worker and his heart to love his family and friends.
Ronald passed away on April 13, 2022. Loving husband of Nancy Simon (nee Gunn, deceased). Beloved father of Mark (Rachael) Simon and Julie (Douglas) Barstow. Cherished grandfather of Liam, Wyatt, Grant, Nate, and Sparrow. Visitation is Monday, April 18, 2022 from 4-8pm at Sunset Funeral Services, 6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Service is Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 10am at the funeral home.
