Ronald Frederick Wagner's Obituary
Ronald Frederick Wagner, 79, of North Olmsted, Ohio, passed away on November 12, 2024. Born in Lakewood, Ohio, on November 24, 1944, to the late Fred and Cleo Wagner, Ron lived a life marked by service, dedication, and love.
A proud Vietnam Veteran, Ron served in the Navy aboard the USS America CVA 66. His commitment to his country was a testament to his character and patriotism. After his military service, Ron dedicated 34 years to the City of North Olmsted, where he worked diligently until his retirement.
Ron is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Judi Wagner; his sons, Eric (Amy) Wagner and Ryan (Megan) Wagner; and his cherished grandchildren, Isabel Wagner, Reagan Wagner, Andrew Wagner, Grant Wagner. He is also survived by his brother, Tony (Barb) Wagner, and his beloved niece Colleen Wagner (Rick Squier), along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the American Heart Association and North Olmsted United Methodist Church.
A graveside service will take place on Friday 12/13/2024 at 1:45pm at the Ohio Western Reserve, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, 12/14/2024, at 11:00 am at North Olmsted United Methodist Church, 4600 Dover Center Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
