Rose Ann Mahon's Obituary
Rose Ann Mahon, (nee Gavel) passed away at 92 years young. She was born on October 4th, 1930 to the late Joseph and Anna Gavel. She retired from General Motors with over 20 years experience as administrative support for the Cleveland zone office. Rose leaves to cherish her memory; the love of her life, Richard E Mahon of 38 years. Daughter; Cynthia A Rakow, (nee Johnson) (Paul) and Son; Kenneth Johnson, (deceased). Grandchildren; Kyle (Angela) and Clayton (Dude) Rakow. Great-grandchild (GG); Noah Rakow. Step-Children; Rick (Beth) Mahon, Michele (William) Mills, Sharon (Stephen) Shivak, Victoria (Alan) Wood. Step-grandchildren; Jacqueline (Brett) McKay, Michael (Patricia) Mahon, Jason (Lisa) Mahon, Alycia, Rachael, Steve, Brittany. Step-great grandchildren; Henry, Devlin, Ellora, Hayden, Hannah, Everett and Jordyn. Siblings; Jean Droze, Zigmunt Gavel, Mickey (Kay) Gavel, Joseph (Pauline) Gavel, Eleanor (Emil) Miscko and Dorothy (Joseph) Frantz. Nieces and nephews; Debbie, Jimmy, Gail, Gary, Lynette, Joe and Nancy.
Family will receive family and friends from 12pm- 1pm on, Friday, January 13, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Services, 6245 Columbia Rd North Olmsted, OH 44070, memorial service will begin at 1pm. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, at 1:45pm, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, 6265 Columbia Rd North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.
