Rosie was truly one of a kind. She was the best neighbor and friend.

Rosie was the sweetest person and kindest person. I got to know her as she and her sisters included me on many fun outings. One of my fondest memories is our week at Ocean City. Rosie enjoyed spending time with her sisters and her entire family.
