Ruby E Vance's Obituary
Ruby E. Vance, 86, of Olmsted Township, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. She was born to the late Rudolph and Eunice Mitchell (nee Fritz) in Toledo on July 17, 1937.
Ruby loved to travel especially with her late husband Paul. One of their most memorable trips was when they drove round trip to Alaska. Paul and Ruby enjoyed many times in Florida. Ruby had a love of gardening and there was never a day that she didn’t want to be with her beloved dog Pookie. She was very blessed to have such wonderful family that loved to be with her as much as possible.
Ruby is survived by her three children; Gerald (Lynne) Pierce, Bonnie (Bill) Brazik, Sheldon (Stephanie) Pierce; 8 grandchildren, Jerry, Mark, Jennifer, Melanie, Julia, Daniel, Savanna and Tommy and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by loving husband Paul Vance, the father of her children Harry Pierce, her daughters Michelle and Bridget Pierce, her brother Myron Donals and her parents.
Friends and family may call on Saturday March 9th from 1PM until 4PM at the Sunset Chapel, located at 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. A service will be held that same day at 4PM at the Sunset Chapel where Rev. Chuck Behrens will preside.

Inurnment will be private at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman Ohio.
