Ruth T. Bonness' Obituary
Ruth T. Bonness, 91, of Hinckley, Ohio passed away on February 6, 2022. She was born on August 28, 1930 in Cleveland to the late Richard and Margaret (nee Druggan) Troy. Ruth worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance as a sales representative for 25 years. During her golden years of retirement, she found her little piece of heaven on earth by tending to her flower beds and living on the farm. She lived by the philosophy, gardening adds years to your life and life to your years. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her best. Ruth is reunited with her husband Wilfred Bonness. Loving mother to Eileen Rouse, Linda (Rodney) Goodwin, David Bonness, and Diane (David) Neelands; cherished grandmother to 8; great-grandmother to 4 and one on the way; dearest family friend Merrily Zales; and sister-in-law to Anita Troy. She is preceded in death by her brother Tom Troy. Family and friends may call on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Memorial services taking place at 12 Noon at the chapel. Ruth will be privately laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery.
