Sharon L. McMillan's Obituary
Sharon McMillan, 84, of Valley City passed away July 12, 2023. She was born February 2, 1939 to the late Matthew and Anita Kozlawski. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard McMillan, son Dennis (Cathy) Fortesque, and daughters Denise (Dale) Bowles and Jennifer (Mike) Williamson, and one granddaughter, Nichole. She is survived by one daughter Renee (Joseph) Martinez, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and a little dog named Poppy. She was a strong, thoughtful, and generous person who loved her family, collecting antiques, and sharing conversation over coffee with friends.
Visitation and graveside ceremony will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Services, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Visitation 12-1 p.m. and graveside at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
