Shirley Mae Erwin's Obituary
Shirley Mae Erwin, age 91, of Avon, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2020.
She was born October 31, 1928, in Cincinnati, daughter of the late Urban and Marie (nee Dornhagen) Fisher. Shirley was a member of the Eastern Star in Cincinnati. She also volunteered for St. John Westshore Hospital for over 25 years. Shirley will be greatly missed.
Devoted wife of 63 years to the late Earl Erwin; cherished mother of Jennifer (John) Heim; beloved grandmother of Cory (Megan) Heim and Brandon (Jamie Barker) Heim.
To ensure the health and safety of our community, we are following all guidelines set by local, state and CDC officials. A private family graveside will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shirley’s name are suggested to Crossroads Hospice, 9775 Rockside Rd., Suite 270, Valley View, OH 44125.
