I am so sorry for your loss, she was the best at everything, being a wife, being a mother, being a Sister-in-law, aunt, grandma, and being a friend.We used go to lunch, then the movies every Tuesday, share a bucket of popcorn, get the refill, take the rest home to Ann Marie. Then Covid hit and everything had to change. But I would just visit at the house, we would talk, watch some TV, take a nap or two, and laugh a lot. She would have the best stories to tell. I’m gonna miss her so much.
Bubs’ 75th birthday party.
Growing up in the same house with Bubs wasn’t always easy-we were sometimes so similar I earned the nickname “Bubette”. But it gave me many opportunities for small moments-making peanut butter and fluff sandwiches, watching scary movies and having soap operas explained, countless small chats and the occasional deep conversation. She shared with me her stubbornness, but also her love of sewing and, eventually, her appreciation of anything pink. While I’ll miss her teasing me for sleeping in on Christmas (along with so much more) I know I’ll carry her with me forever.
