Shirley Ann Rotz, 78, was born on October 14, 1944, to the late Glen and Lillie (nee Pasko) Weidokal.
Shirley passed away on October 8, 2023, surrounded by loving family and friends. Beloved wife of the late Barney Rotz. Cherished mother of Scott Rotz and Deborah Rotz. Loving grandmother of Nicholas Rotz. Dear Sister of the late Thomas (Barbara) Weidokal. Aunt to Shelly (Dave) Kundtz, Thomas (Nicole) Weidokal, Jr., and Robert Weidokal. Special cousin and friend to Marie (Paul) Bargiel and many more.
Shirley was a woman of remarkable kindness and warmth. Her family was the center of her world. In addition to being a devoted wife and Mother, Shirley took great joy in being a doting Grandmother. Everyone who knew her will forever be inspired by her bright smile, selflessness, and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
Visitation is Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 12-3:00 PM and Monday, October 16, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Funeral Service will follow on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 12:00 PM at the chapel.
Interment at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, 4700 Broadview Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44109
