Shirley J. Springer's Obituary
Shirley J. Springer, age 89, passed away on May 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on November 19, 1936, to the late Margaret and Charles Kupetz.
Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerard A. Springer, with whom she shared many years of partnership, laughter, and unwavering commitment. She is survived by her loving children, William (Donna) Springer, Christopher (Tressa) Springer, Kenneth (Jeanne) Springer, and Pamela (Donald) Mullinex. Shirley was immensely proud of her grandchildren, Adelyne Springer, Vander Springer, Bill (Amber) Springer, Jr., Michael (Bonnie) Springer, Richele Springer, Lauren Springer, Kenneth Sebille, Donald (Ashlee) Mullinex, Jr., Nicole Rhew, each of whom brought her joy, pride, and countless cherished memories. Her love extended even further to her great grandchildren, Pennelope Springer, Braylen Springer, Skyler Sebille, Liem Mullinex, Emerson Mullinex, and Madelyn Rhew, who were a constant source of delight and inspiration to her in her later years.
Shirley was a wonderful woman and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation is Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1-4:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Funeral Mass is Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Brendan Catholic Church, 4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
