Susan Lynn Harmon's Obituary
Susan Lynn Harmon, age 55, of Elyria, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 24, 2019.
She was born May 30, 1964 in New Castle, PA, daughter of Linda (nee Boyle) and the late William Davis.
Devoted wife of Rick Harmon; cherished mother of Steven Harold (Carole); beloved sister of Robert Davis (Carrie Kennedy) and Tammy Davis (Scott Waldron); loving sister-in-law of Dwayne Harmon (Janis); caring aunt of Kayla Zamborsky and Amber Davis; dearest friend of many.
Susan graduated from North Ridgeville High School, class of 1982. She worked for Jared, The Galleria of Jewelry as an inventory control manager. She was also a certified diamontologist. Susan had a passion for the sun and absolutely loved cruising on the Royal Caribbean cruise line. She enjoyed gardening and sitting around a bonfire with her friends. Susan’s favorite movies were the Wizard of Oz and Wicked and she loved music, her favorite artists being Michael Jackson, Prince, and Bruno Mars. She loved supporting all Cleveland Sports teams with her son, Steven. She had a knack for crafting and interior decorating. Most importantly, she loved her family and friends and would never hesitate to drop what she was doing to be with them. She will be greatly missed.
Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 11AM – 2PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070 where memorial service will commence at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Susan’s name are suggested to Parkinson’s Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 20018 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
