Susan Z. Mamere's Obituary
Susan Z. Mamere, 81, of Broadview Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on December 17, 2022. She was born on March 16, 1941 to the late Willard and Marguerite Laurence (nee Cosley). Susan will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 61 years, Herb “Larry” Mamere; loving mother to Lisa (Tom) Hawkins and Jeffrey (Christine) Mamere; cherished grandmother of Erin (John) Shaposka, Makayla Hawkins (fiance, Matthew), McKenzie Hawkins, Madeline Mamere, Caleb Mamere, and Lydia Jaworski; dear great-grandmother of Sam, Sophie, Sadie, Jude, Owen, Keani, and Izabelle; sister of Elizabeth Bily (Edward/deceased) and Margaret “Peggy” Resler/deceased; close cousin of Nancy (Kenneth) Ross; sister-in-law of Ronald Mamere; and a host of extended family and dear friends. Visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. The family request that a donation be made in Susan’s honor to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
