Susan O. Stewart's Obituary
Susan O. Stewart, 68, was born on October 28, 1953 to the late William and Jacqueline Ryder.
Sue passed away on September 6, 2022. Loving wife of Harvey Stewart. Beloved mother of Jordan (Abra) Stewart and Abigail Stewart. Cherished grandmother of Saffron Stewart. Dear sister of Judith Toich, Cynthia Ryder, George Ryder, Robert (Cara) Ryder, and James Ryder. Treasured Aunt to many.
She was predeceased by her brother William Ryder, her sister Kathlean Ryder and her brother in law Terrence Toich.
Susan was a retired claims representative for the Social Security Administration, a role she held for over 40 years.
She had been an active member of Olmsted Community Church, shining God's light through educating others, volunteer work and assisting on the board.
Within her work and church communities, she had built many friendships and created wonderful memories that she would carry with her throughout her life.
Susan was passionate about helping others and would go to great lengths to ensure those around her could live with happiness and peace of mind.
Susan loved spending time with her family, crafting with her grand-daughter and partaking in Trivia Tuesdays with her sisters. She enjoyed working on needlepoint, reading novels and relaxing in her garden.
The impact she has made is vast and she will be missed dearly.
Memorial Visitation is Friday, September 16, 2022 from 10 AM – 12 PM at Sunset Memorial Park’s Westwood Abbey Mausoleum, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, where the service will follow at 12 PM.
