Tam Thanh Dang's Obituary
Tam Thanh Dang, 79, of Lakewood entered into his new life on May 14, 2020. Born in Vietnam to the late Bien Dang and Nguyen Loan on July 6, 1940. Mr. Dang is survived by his wife Ly Thi Phan; children; grandchildren; and many friends. Mr. Dang lived a very frugal life and was dedicated to taking care of his family.
“When I was in the 8th grade, I was leaving school when two kids stopped in front of me and began to bully me. I did not know what to do, but my Father was picking me up from school that day and saw what was happening. He yelled at the other kids to leave me alone from the car window. The other kids got scared and left me alone after that incident. My Father protected me that day and growing up my Father always did his best to protect his family from the evil of the world. Now, he is no longer with us and it is my turn to help my siblings protect our family from anything that would harm us.”
Funeral Ceremonies will take place at Sunset Chapel located 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
