Thelma Calfee's Obituary
Thelma O. Calfee, 87, was born in Hinton, West Virginia to the late Paul and Thelma (nee Young) Boland. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Norman W. Calfee. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Jack, Mary, John, and Freddie. She leaves to cherish her memory; her children: Rosalie Calvert, Debra (Mike) Wechter, Al Calvert, Judi King, Russ (Marlene) Calvert, Kathy (Jay) Calvert-Thompson, Bill (Jill) Calfee, Steve (Ruth) Calfee, Eric (Lisa) Calfee, and Dan (Jan) Calfee). She is the beloved grandmother of 23, the great-grandmother of 29, and the great-great-grandmother of 2. She loved gardening, reading, ceramics, bowling, dancing, and her bible study groups. She will be missed immensely by her loving family. Visitation will be February 6, 2024, from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. and Funeral Ceremony will be held February 7, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. In lieu of flowers, guests are encouraged to make a donation to Continuum Care Hospice, 12380 Plaza Drive, Parma, OH 44130.
