Thomas R. Whitehead's Obituary
Thomas R. Whitehead (66) of Littleton, Colorado, passed away on October 13th, 2023. Thomas, fondly known as TR, was born on May 17th, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, to and preceded in death by William and Nancy Whitehead. Tr held many titles in his life, from North Olmsted High School Baseball stud and Minor League Baseball umpire to entrepreneur, but his favorite role was being a father. He loved nothing more than his daughter, Natasha Bator. He was always there for her when she needed him, and speaking about how proud he was of her always lit up his face with delight. Although he made his home in Colorado, he was known around town for his passion for Cleveland sports, in particular, his love of the Cleveland Browns. Luckily, he was able to be in Cleveland to see a game the week before his passing. He enjoyed traveling and had plans to retire and spend it traveling on his motorcycle and playing golf. He also served his country in the Air Force. He was a loving brother to Christine Woods (deceased), William Whitehead, Joy Galippo (Roger), Tammy Mlady (Steven), and Wendy Whitehead. He was an uncle to Shannon, Shawn, Dylan, Casey, Amanda, Rylee, Jake, Cory, Kyle, Kaylie, and many great-nieces and great-nephews. We are all going to miss his smile tremendously! Until we meet again, shine bright and we hope there is a Dawg Pound up there for you!
Thomas will be laid to rest with a graveside service on May 17th, 2024, at 2p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.
