Todd Bruehler's Obituary
Todd Bruehler, age 54, passed away on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 1st, 1969, Todd lived a life full of love, laughter, and strength. He is survived by his parents Bruce and Caroll Bruehler, brother Jason Bruehler, sister-in-law Michelle, children Donovan and Delaney Bruehler and his fiancé Jessika Pavich.
Todd was known for being a great cook, a skilled craftsman and most of all a devoted father. He never missed an opportunity to teach his kids a life lesson. Whether he was showing Dono how to build a room from scratch or collecting streets signs for Lani.
Saying Todd was an avid Cleveland Indians fan is an understatement. He learned the love of the game from his grandmother and would often be found in his garage working on a project listening to Tom Hamilton say, “We’re underway at the corner of Carnegie and Ontario!”
Beyond his family and passions, Todd touched the lives of all who knew him with his infectious laughter (dad jokes) and generous spirit. He is known by hundreds of people at the Cleveland Clinic for saving lives, sharing his wisdom and let’s not forget his sense of humor while pushing the Sunshine cart. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Calling Hours will be held Monday June 10th and 11th from 3:00pm until 7:00pm at Sunset Funeral and Cremation Services located at 6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
Following the viewing, a celebration of Todd's life will be held at Harry Buffalo in North Olmsted beginning at 7:00pm. Friends and family will gather to honor his memory and share stories of his remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sunshine Fund (https://venmo.com/u/cvicusunshine), in honor of Todd's compassionate spirit and love for his community. Todd created this charity to help fellow CVICU nurses in need.
