Trudy L. Huff's Obituary
Our dear Mother, Trudy Lynn Huff, 74, of Hinckley, went home to be with our Lord, on Thursday, November 5th. Trudy was born on October 7th, 1946, in Fairview, Ohio, to the late Ernest and Virginia Schemmel. She spent most of her life as a Hinckley resident. She attended and graduated from Highland schools. Her career was spent working in the administrative field before retiring. When Trudy was younger, she enjoyed roller skating, riding bicycles and raising her daughters. In her later years, she enjoyed knitting and getting together for meals with her friends. More than anything she enjoyed spending time and making memories with her beloved family. She was a beautiful, caring and selfless woman that was loved by anyone that knew her. She always put others ahead of herself and went out of her way to bring them joy. The light that she brought to this world will be deeply missed by all. She leaves behind daughters, Tracy Evans (fiancée Lenny) and Shelley (Jason) Connor, grandchildren Emily, Rebecca, Derek, Carley and Chesney, sister Sharon (David) Simpson, brother and sister in laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her baby boy Troy, her former husband of 22 years, Ronald Huff and infant granddaughter Lexis Evans.
Family will be holding a public graveside service on Saturday, November 14th, 10:00 am at SUNSET MEMORIAL PARK, North Olmsted, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Trudy’s memory to the charity of your choice.
