Vincent Bak's Obituary
Vincent J. Bak, 74, of Cleveland, passed away on November 19th, 2023. He was born April 22nd, 1949, to the late Edward and Ruth (nee Borkey) Bak.
Vince worked for Cleveland Mobile Radio as an installer for police, fire, and mobile phones. He also worked for Carlson Television, Radio Communications (formerly L-Tronics), and Vasu Communications. He was the proud owner of Olmsted Communications. He enjoyed being a part-time firefighter and EMT for over 25 years for the City of Olmsted Falls. In his spare time, he was a ham radio operator whose call name was N8OVM.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Karen Bak.
Vince is survived by his brothers, Edward (Theresa) Bak, Robert Bak, and Matthew Bak; nephews, Edward, Robert, and Tom; nieces, Angela and Stephanie; two grandnieces, Allison and Nicole.
Friends and Family may gather from 4:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070). A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30AM on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at St. Mary of The Falls (25615 Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138). He will be laid to rest in Section 46 at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio.
