Vincent F. Hlavin's Obituary
Vincent Francis Hlavin III, age 90, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2021. He was born October 19, 1930 to Ruth M. and Vincent F. Hlavin Jr.
On Valentine’s Day, 1959, he married Elizabeth Ann Rosenblad and together they raised three daughters. He was an alumnus of John Adams High School, Case Institute of Technology, where he majored in Chemical Engineering; and Harvard's Graduate School of Business Administration. He was a career employee of the NASA Lewis Research Center in Cleveland. He also served in the U.S. Army.
Vincent is survived by his daughters, Susan (Kevin) McCarthy, Nancy (the late Daniel) Quellos and Karen (Richard) Schultz; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his sister, Jane Weingart.
Private family services will be held with interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
