Violet Star Gustafson's Obituary
Violet Star Gustafson, age 16, of North Ridgeville, passed away on November 17, 2025. Born on January 5, 2009, Violet was the cherished daughter of Richard Gustafson and Corinne Gustafson.
She is survived by her loving parents, Richard and Corinne; her siblings, Autumn, Chance, Austin, and Isaiah; her grandparents, Vicki Moisio, Jeffery Moisio, and Marlene Wood; her aunts and uncles, Thomas, Summer, David, Dennis, Sunshine, Brendan, and Phillip; her nephew, Oliver; her great-aunt, Corinne; and many cousins, friends, and extended family who will forever hold her in their hearts. Violet was preceded in death by her great-uncle, Jim.
Violet was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. She was a dedicated student at North Ridgeville High School and the Lorain County Career Center, where she pursued her education with determination and enthusiasm. Alongside her studies, Violet worked as a crew trainer at McDonald’s and as a cook at Culver’s, where she was admired for her strong work ethic, kindness, and ability to bring joy to those around her.
Violet’s radiant spirit, compassion, and laughter touched countless lives. She will be remembered for her warmth, her dedication to family and friends, and her ability to brighten any room she entered.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately at a later date at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio (Westwood Abbey Mausoleum).
