Violet Marie Pasternak, age 43, passed away suddenly on July 7, 2026. Born on April 15, 1983, she was the cherished daughter of the late Edna Pasternak (née Shorb).
Violet was a devoted and loving mother whose greatest joy in life was her children, Aisha Duale and Ryan Lossman. Her unwavering love, guidance, and dedication to her family will forever remain in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Edna Pasternak. Violet is survived by her loving children, Aisha Duale and Ryan Lossman; her brother, Vincent Pasternak (Bambi Petrella); and Brian Lossman, the father of her son, Ryan. She also leaves behind many extended family members, dear friends, and loved ones who will deeply miss her presence.
Violet had a vibrant personality and a passion for life's simple pleasures. She enjoyed treasure hunting while thrifting and successfully ran her own eBay store, always finding excitement in unique and interesting discoveries. She loved sharing a glass of wine with friends and family and was happiest when hosting holiday dinners that brought everyone together around the table.
She found peace and happiness in nature, whether taking long walks, gathering around bonfires and admiring lighthouses. Music and concerts brought her great joy, and she was a devoted fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Above all, Violet cherished time spent with those she loved, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, Violet's kindness, laughter, generosity, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be missed by many, remembered often, and loved forever.
