She was sent from God to help our son, David, raise his daughters. Between them, they turned out graeat! God rest her soul!
Virginia was one of the sweetest women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was everyone's Grandma! She loved watching the kids and had so much patience and love for them. Heaven gained a beautiful angel. My condolences to the family. -Heather Grimmett and family
Kitty, you could not have said it better. Indeed, she loved all her family members deeply from her children all the way to the very youngest great grandchild. She also loved the many children she looked after. Virginia became my childrens very beloved grandma & surrogate mother to me and my children's father.My Virginia was one of the greatest women I've ever known – right up there with My greatest life mentors. She most definitely was one of the sharpest minded & most busiest person of her aged I've ever met. She treasured her road trips with her trusty side kick, Kitty .. They Were like Thelma & Louise on tour!I will continue tryin to live my life with the same values & zest Virginia had.Me & the Long family are ever grateful & blessed to have our Virginia in our lives.
