Wanda Rose Rudary's Obituary
Wanda Rudary (nee Kendra), age 92, beloved wife of Robert for 66 years until his death in 2015, passed away on March 7, 2020.
She was the mother of five: Robert (Nancy), David (Jackie), Thomas (Lyn), Lynn, and Jim (Laura); grandmother of nine: Matthew (Allison), Thomas (Elin), Daniel (Mirella), Robert (Sarah), Brian (Brenna), Frank (Stacie), Benjamin (Zia), David, and Eric; and great- grandmother of Kynlie, Kensie, and Corinne.
Wanda graduated as an RN from the Mercy School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, PA. She worked in Pittsburgh, and after moving to Maple Heights with Bob in 1954, she worked at Bedford Hospital in Bedford, OH. In 1992, they moved to Columbia Park in Olmsted Township where she was involved with social activities and was president of the local AARP chapter.
The family will receive visitors at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070 on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 5PM – 7PM and Wednesday, March 11, from 12PM until the time of the service at 2PM. Interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Park.
