Wilbur G. Stacho's Obituary
Wilbur G. Stacho, 93, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 8, 2025. He was a proud Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. He owned a delicatessen in Cleveland for many years and then worked as a meat cutter at the Rini Rigo Grocery Store. He loved to fish, golf and spend time outdoors. He also enjoyed singing. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sara (Sally) Stacho, his cherished sons Timothy, Christopher and David Stacho and brother Russell Stacho.
He is survived by his children Jonathan (Michelle) Stacho, Suzanne (Mark) Thayer; stepchildren Timothy (Sheila) Moses, Scott (Sandy) Moses, Christopher (Lisa) Moses, Shawn (Connie) Moses, and Jonathan (Katie) Moses; his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Nancy Ormsby and Judy Wossilek, and brother Daniel (Diana) Stacho.
The visitation and funeral ceremony will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral ceremony at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 7789 Lewis Road, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice in Strongsville, Ohio.
