I always enjoyed working with W whenever He worked my shift or I worked his. We would always have something to talk about. His dry humor would be both sobering and humorous, and you would find people joining into any conversation that he was having. The last time I talked with him he told me about the retirement funds that he would set up for the horses he owned. After the horses could race no more he would use those funds to support them. I don't know if other horse owners do that, but I believe he would.I will miss him. I pray that Colleen and his whole family will have peace with his passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Rick Adorjan
I remember when Bill started on the fire dept. We hit it off right away. RIP.
Bill was one of a kind. He had a dry sense of humor and he would think up some bizarre ideas. One of the firemen had a large key ring with many keys so Bill had this idea of putting an extra key on the key ring and then wait a few days to see if the fireman figured it out. This was one of many things Bill would come up with..
We have a sense of loss and many others will too.
Bill be missed but he left us with many good memories.
Our condolenses.
