We have known Bill for many years going back to when our daughters were younger. The connection resurfaced when Bill and Paul worked together at Landmark as their side adventure and the two of them enjoyed many laughs.
Bill was always a pleasure to work with at the Bay Village Historical Society. Jack Hanley and Bill were dedicated volunteers who worked together putting countless hours into the archiving of our “Early Papers Project” over the last six years or so. It wasn’t uncommon to hear laughing as they exchanged stories and discussed the interesting items they uncovered. Recently the Bay Way Youth Cabin collection was organized. It wasn’t a surprise that Bill and Elaine were in several photographs volunteering to lend a hand and paint. Bill never shied away from helping when he saw the need. To say he will be sorely missed is an understatement.
