William John Caplick's Obituary
William John Caplick, 87, Nick name growing up Willy of Rocky River, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023. He was born on November 12, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Stella Caplick (nee Serwicki). William was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marilyn J. Caplick; his stepdaughter, Kathryn Bollinger (Tom); and his sister, Margaret Caplick.
William will be dearly missed by his stepdaughter, Linda Tehoke; loving uncle of special niece, Penny Puhalla (Thomas); cherished grandfather of six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
William was also 47-year member of John W. Barkley Lodge 621.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 at 4-8 pm. A Celebration of Life funeral ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, with a 10 am service. Interment with military honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
