William "Bill" Friend's Obituary
William "Bill" Friend, 92, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. He was born August 26, 1930, in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late Frank C. and Loretta K. (nee DeCamp) Friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Helen M. (Mossbarger) Friend. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
A Visitation will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 1:00 - 2:00PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. A Funeral Service will immediately follow beginning at 2:00PM, with full military honors. He will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
