William Arthur Kohler's Obituary
William Arthur Kohler, age 93, passed away on June 29, 2026. Born on February 24, 1933, to the late Maud and Otto Kohler, William lived a long life centered on faith, family, and hard work.
He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Gwendolyn M. Kohler, who preceded him in death. Together, they created a loving home and shared many treasured years. William was the proud father of James (Sue) Kohler, Richard (Pam) Kohler, Sandra Cartellone, and Linda (Scott) Jenny. He found great joy in spending time with his family and was a cherished grandfather of Missy (Cesar), Ryan, Kaitlyn (Kyle), Robbie, Kristen (Ryan), Brittany, Jessica (Joe), Scott (Katelyn), and Nick (Megan); and great-grandfather of Gregory, Lula, Otto, Theo, Nathan, Levi, Lennon, Parker, Maeve, Amelia, and Vera. His legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will continue through the generations he was so proud to call his own.
William will be remembered for his steady presence, loving heart, and unwavering devotion to his family. He leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the enduring impact he made on their lives and in the many happy memories they shared together. May he rest in peace.
Visitation is Friday, July 3, 2026, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070, where the funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM.
