We are so very sorry to hear of your dad's passing! I got to know him through my job as Office Manager of Weber Automotive. He would come in and make us all smile and laugh with his wonderful sense of humor! I realized we hadn't heard from him in a while, and then I found the announcement. He was a dear man and he will be missed!

Dear Judy,Susan and family, We were so sorry to hear of the loss of your father Bill. Your parents were the “finest” neighbors we had the privilege to live next door to for 24 years. They watched our children grow up and were always so very kind. So many good memories. He loved his girls. He was intelligent, hard working and a kind soul. Wishing you peace.

Our deepest sympathy Judy and Susan. We just heard of Bill’s passing from his neighbor. Sorry for the late condolence but unfortunately we just found out. Your Dad and Mom were very nice people. I enjoyed our little chats when he did his daily walks with the dogs. He will truly be missed by all.

“South Shore Bill” - your love of our old Duluth South Shore & Atlantic RR will never be forgotten, you created so many memories we can’t begin to list them! I’m so thankful of the time we spent together, train rides, Duluth work sessions and just sharing Upper Michigan history and photos of the different crews, even uncle Johnny. You’re all in our thoughts and prayers and I am really looking forward to when we meet again in that big roundhouse in the sky - God Bless !!
